The capability among us is astounding. The potential is intensifying. The hunger of this generation for the things of God has reached epic proportion. It’s time….

2010 will be a year of impacting event- in the world around us and in the church world. One of those impacting events will be our ‘EMPOWER 2010’ ministry tour- designed specifically to give power to those who have sought it and to enable those that are willing to be mightily used of God. Our ultimate goal is to activate apostolic ministry world-wide through impacting works of the Spirit, through imparting gifts and abilities and enabling such gifting through Spirit-directed and Spirit-pointed teaching and ministry. This is EMPOWER 2010.

     Possibility is one thing, certainty is quite another. When we are so equipped that we are certain, we will see fruit! This is the will of God. That ministries operating on all levels will be fruitful and effective.

Hosting our ministry for ‘EMPOWER 2010’ one can expect the following:

· Special focused/directed prayer sessions including instruction and guidance into more spiritually mature levels of prayer and intercession.

· Ministry sessions on discipleship, evangelism, ministry technique, altar-working, spiritual gifts and operations, developing dominion/ spiritual authority.

· Evening services and sessions will be reserved for ministry purposes with various focuses each evening considering the audience and needs represented.

Certainly the dynamics of these meetings are extremely flexible and pliable so as to fit the needs of each individual within the context of the meeting outline.

In addition to materials and information provided during our meetings we also will be offering online support via online mentorship and support through our ministry blog. As well as ministry hosted forums online.

Our ultimate goal is to place something tangible and authentic within the hearts, hands, and lives of all in attendance so that they can go forth boldly and confidently to harvest.

In three meetings in 2009, following this basic outline above we witnessed well over 150-200 young adults commit to apostolic ministry and being used of God. Through these young people we have received confirmation and continual reports that well over 100 others have received the Holy Ghost and entered into some level of experience with God. This was in three meetings. If we are able to host one ‘EMPOWER 2010’ for each month of this next year we could see close to 1000 lives immediately impacted AND an additional harvest of another 1000 souls into the KINGDOM of God! This is exciting potential and we ask that you pray with us for every district in the USA that we may have an opportunity to EMPOWER churches, ministry, and young people alike to see an apostolic harvest of souls.

DBIE needs your help. We are seeking partners in ministry in two dimensions: first and foremost… PRAYER. Nothing in God’s Kingdom can ever be accomplished without first- prayer. We need dedicated prayer partners who will go to the front lines of the battle with us and DBIE partners daily. Many of the crusades and meetings that we are involved with here in America and abroad require intense concentration and rigorous activity. As we work to liberate people and places from the strongholds of darkness there is much demonic activity at work against our efforts. Your prayers are a very vital and absolutely necessary extension of this ministry. The blessing of becoming a prayer partner with DBIE is that when you sign up to partner with us in prayer, this will put you in touch with other prayer partners on our team from around the world to do war together.

Secondly we need financial support. We need not mention the constant expense of travel, as well as the expenses incurred in the local churches that make it difficult for many to host meetings that could change many lives forever; When possible DBIE endeavors to absorb as much of the cost as possible to make high impact meetings possible for smaller groups as well as larger. Thus far this year through your financial support we have seen close to 5000 people receive the Gift of the Holy Ghost through our ministry efforts alone! Your financial support is instrumental in many other very crucial areas of ministry such as crusade campaigning, and missions abroad.
